In case you haven't visited BREF lately, they have a new interface. They provide a list of new resources they’ve added, and include a RSS feed. Provided by the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, this site provides a directory of web resources. They focus primarily on French websites, but do list English ones too. Check out this great resource here.
